During standard-of-care biopsy or surgical procedures, an additional tissue sample may be collected when feasible and analyzed using the ART-1 device prior to routine histopathological assessment. The device measures nanomechanical characteristics of the tissue without direct contact with the patient. Following analysis, the tissue is returned to the standard clinical workflow for pathology evaluation. The use of the device does not influence clinical decision-making or patient treatment.",[9],null,[22,27],{"name":23,"role":24,"phone":25,"phoneExt":20,"email":26},"Julia Ortega, DMSc, MHS, PA","CONTACT","2404980176","julia.ortega@artidis.com",{"name":28,"role":24,"phone":20,"phoneExt":20,"email":29},"Melissa Tongo","Melissa.Tongo@artidis.com",[31],{"facility":32,"status":33,"city":34,"state":35,"zip":36,"country":37,"cosmosGeoPoint":38,"geoPoint":43,"contacts":44},"Moffitt Cancer Center","RECRUITING","Tampa","Florida","33612","United States",{"type":39,"coordinates":40},"Point",[41,42],-82.45843,27.94752,{"lat":42,"lon":41},[45,47,50],{"name":46,"role":24,"phone":20,"phoneExt":20,"email":20},"Cappelle",{"name":20,"role":24,"phone":48,"phoneExt":20,"email":49},"8137454673","saras.cappelle@moffitt.org",{"name":51,"role":52,"phone":20,"phoneExt":20,"email":20},"Saras A Cappelle, DO","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",{"type":54,"investigatorFullName":20,"investigatorTitle":20,"investigatorAffiliation":20,"oldNameTitle":20,"oldOrganization":20},"SPONSOR",[56],{"name":57,"class":58},"H. Researchers will compare results from the NEO-Match® test with standard clinical outcomes, imaging findings, and pathology results to evaluate its predictive and diagnostic performance.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Undergo a standard-of-care pancreatic biopsy or surgical procedure\n* Provide an additional biopsy sample for research analysis using the ARTIDIS ART-1 device\n* Continue to receive standard treatment and care, which is not influenced by the study\n* Have clinical data, imaging results, and treatment outcomes collected\n* Be followed every 3 months for up to 2 years\n\nThe study does not involve experimental treatment or changes to standard medical care. The information collected may help improve future diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment selection for patients with pancreatic cancer.",[76,77,78,79],"Pancreatic Cancer","Pancreatic Neoplasms","Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)","Pancreatic Lesions Located at the Body or the Tail",[81,82,83,84,85,76],"Atomic Force Microscopy","Neoadjuvant Therapy","Nanomechanical Profiling","NEO-Match","Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma","2026-04-14",{"date":88,"type":89},"2026-04-21","ACTUAL",{"date":91,"type":70},"2026-04",{"date":93,"type":70},"2030-05",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
