Participants will undergo breast MRI examination including dynamic contrast-enhanced sequences. Imaging findings will be assessed according to ACR BI-RADS 2025 criteria .\n* Outcome Measures: The primary outcome will be the diagnostic performance of DCE-MRI, including sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and overall accuracy in differentiating benign from malignant lesions.\n* Significance: The study aims to determine whether multiparametric DCE-MRI can improve characterization of ultrasound-detected non-mass breast lesions and support more accurate clinical decision-making.","Female patients of any age group presented with non mass lesions on either US or mammography",[20],{"label":21,"type":13,"description":22,"interventionNames":23},"Patients with non mass breast lesions on US","Women with US detected non mass breast lesions undergoing DCE-MRI evaluation according to ACR- BIRADS v 2025",[24],"Diagnostic Test: multiparametric DCE- MRI and US for all patients",[26],{"type":27,"name":28,"description":29,"armGroupLabels":30,"otherNames":13},"DIAGNOSTIC_TEST","multiparametric DCE- MRI and US for all patients","Multiparametric DCE-MRI performed for evaluation of non mass breast lesions detected on ultrasound , with assessment of diagnostic accuracy according to ACR BIRADS v 2025",[21],[32],{"name":33,"role":34,"phone":35,"phoneExt":13,"email":36},"Alaa Nor Abdelghafar Nor Abdelghafar, Assistant Lecturer","CONTACT","01063550892","alaa011053@med.sohag.edu.eg",{"type":38,"investigatorFullName":39,"investigatorTitle":40,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":13,"oldOrganization":13},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR","Alaa Nor Abdelghafar","Assistant Lecturer of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, Faculty of Medicine , Sohag University","100645125",false,"NCT07679308","Diagnostic Accuracy of Multiparametric Dynamic Contrast Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Improving Detection of Ultrasound Non-mass Breast Lesions According to ACR BI-RADS v2025","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* • Female patients of any age presenting with non-mass breast lesions detected on MRI or conventional imaging.\n\n * Patients who have both MRI and targeted Ultrasound examinations.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* • Patients presenting with typical distinct \"mass\" lesions (3D space-occupying lesions) without any non-mass components.\n\n * Patients with absolute contraindications to MRI (e.g., cardiac pacemakers, severe claustrophobia, non-compatible metallic implants).\n * Patients with contraindications to intravenous Gadolinium contrast media (e.g., severe renal impairment\u002Ffailure, pregnancy, known history of severe allergic reaction to gadolinium).","FEMALE",{"count":48,"type":49},60,"ESTIMATED","8 Months","OBSERVATIONAL","this study aims To evaluate the diagnostic performance of Ultrasound (US) in correlation with Dynamic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) for the assessment, characterization, and evaluation of non-mass breast lesions.\n\nThe study will investigate whether DCE-MRI improves lesions detected by characterization and diagnostic accuracy when interpreted according to the ACR BIRADS v 2025 and so may help optimize breast imaging evaluation and support clinical decision making",[54],"Non Mass Breast Lesions",[56,57,58],"DCE Breast MRI","Non mass breast lesions","Breast US","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-06-25",{"date":62,"type":63},"2026-07-01","ACTUAL",{"date":65,"type":49},"2026-06",{"date":67,"type":49},"2028-01",{"name":5,"class":6}]
