They will be randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to the observation group and the control group. The control group will receive the conventional postoperative management plan, including dressing changes, anti-infection treatment, pain relief, and basic dietary guidance. The observation group, on the other hand, will, in addition to the above, undergo standardized pelvic floor muscle training and postoperative dietary control intervention from the day of surgery to the fifth postoperative day. The pain score, bleeding score, and anal distension and fullness score of the patients in both groups will be continuously collected on the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth postoperative days. At the same time, the related indicators of defecation will be observed and recorded. The aim is to systematically evaluate the clinical effect of early postoperative pelvic floor muscle training combined with dietary management on pain relief, bleeding control, improvement of anal distension and fullness, and recovery of defecation function in patients after anal fistula surgery, providing high-quality evidence-based basis for formulating more optimized and targeted early rehabilitation management plans after anal fistula surgery.",[38,42],{"label":39,"type":40,"description":41,"interventionNames":29},"Observation group","NO_INTERVENTION","Explain the relevant postoperative precautions and instructions to the patients, and the observation group is allowed to perform random movements.",{"label":43,"type":44,"description":45,"interventionNames":46},"Control group","EXPERIMENTAL","Explain the relevant postoperative precautions and instructions to the patients, and have the control group perform pelvic floor contraction exercises.",[47],"Procedure: Kegel exercises",[49],{"type":50,"name":51,"description":52,"armGroupLabels":53,"otherNames":29},"PROCEDURE","Kegel exercises","The patient carried out pelvic floor elevation exercises after the surgery, aiming to accelerate the recovery process and alleviate the pain.",[43],[55],{"facility":56,"status":29,"city":57,"state":58,"zip":59,"country":60,"countryCode":61,"cosmosGeoPoint":62,"geoPoint":67,"contacts":29},"Putian Universoty","Putian","Fujian","351100","China","CN",{"type":63,"coordinates":64},"Point",[65,66],119.01028,25.43944,{"lat":66,"lon":65},{"type":69,"investigatorFullName":29,"investigatorTitle":29,"investigatorAffiliation":29,"oldNameTitle":29,"oldOrganization":29},"SPONSOR","100612217",false,"NCT07250711","Effect of Anal Lift Exercise on Rehabilitation After Anal Fistula Surgery","Effect of Anal Lift Exercise on Rehabilitation After Anal Fistula Surgery: a Single-center, Prospective, Open-label, Randomized Clinical Trial","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Aged between 18 and 55 years old\n* Patients diagnosed with anal fistula through digital rectal examination and anoscopy\n* Receive operation\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* The patient has a mental disorder.\n* Patients with hemorrhoids\n* Anal fistula combined with perianal abscess\n* Patients who are unable to cooperate with follow-up visits","ALL","18 Years","55 Years",{"count":80,"type":81},124,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[84],"NA","This prospective randomized controlled study aims to include patients who have undergone anal fistula surgery, to observe the impact of early postoperative pelvic floor muscle training combined with dietary intervention on postoperative pain, bleeding, anal distension and defecation function, with the goal of clarifying the value of early rehabilitation intervention in the recovery after anal fistula surgery, and providing a reference for optimizing postoperative management plans in clinical practice.",[87],"Kegel Exercises",[89,90],"anal fistula","Kegel Exercise","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-04-14",{"date":94,"type":95},"2026-04-17","ACTUAL",{"date":97,"type":81},"2026-06-20",{"date":99,"type":81},"2026-06-30",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
