Participants are evaluated at baseline, week 4, and week 8.\n\nThe primary outcome is pain and functional limitation assessed using the Victorian Institute of Sport Assessment-Patella (VISA-P) questionnaire. Secondary outcomes include patellar tendon thickness measured by ultrasound imaging, countermovement jump (CMJ) performance, and neuromuscular performance variables derived from an incremental squat test using a linear position transducer.\n\nThe aim of the study is to determine whether HMB supplementation enhances clinical recovery and neuromuscular performance when combined with a standardized rehabilitation program compared with placebo.",[77],"Patellar Tendinopathy",[79,80,81,82,83,84,85],"Tendinopathy","HMB","Rehabilitation","Knee pain","Sports injury","Nutritional supplement","Beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-03-09",{"date":89,"type":90},"2026-03-12","ACTUAL",{"date":92,"type":71},"2026-03-01",{"date":94,"type":71},"2026-07-01",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
