The Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Pain Catastrophizing Scale (PCS) will be used to determine the patients' pain level and impact, the Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire (RMDQ) will be used for functionality assessment, and the SF-36 score will be used for quality of life assessment.\n\nTo determine the type of pain:\n\nThose with pain levels above the cutoff value on the DN4 (Douleur Neuropathique 4 Questions) pain scale will be diagnosed with neuropathic pain.\n\nFor nociplastic pain affecting the musculoskeletal system, a diagnosis of nociplastic pain will be made according to clinical criteria and grading scores.\n\nThose who do not meet these criteria will be classified as having nociceptive pain.",[60,61],"Failed Back Surgery Syndrome","Chronic Pain",[63,49,64],"failed back surgery syndrome","types of pain","2026-03-18",{"date":67,"type":68},"2026-03-23","ACTUAL",{"date":70,"type":68},"2025-12-01",{"date":72,"type":55},"2026-12-01",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
