Age 30-80 years.\n2. Intracranial arterial stenosis confirmed by CTA\u002FMRA\u002FDSA.\n3. Local residency ≥6 consecutive months.\n4. Signed informed consent.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Tandem extracranial stenosis (≥50%) proximal to the target intracranial stenotic vessel.\n2. Non-atherosclerotic intracranial stenosis.\n3. Extracranial\u002Fintracranial endovascular treatment within 30 days pre-enrollment or planned intervention within 6 months.\n4. Intracranial hemorrhage within 90 days pre-enrollment.\n5. Pre-existing intracranial tumor, cerebral aneurysm, or arteriovenous malformation.\n6. Cardioembolic embolism.\n7. Active bleeding\u002Fhemorrhagic diathesis.\n8. Major surgery within 30 days pre-enrollment or planned within 6 months post-enrollment.\n9. Severe neurological deficits impairing independent living or dementia\u002Fpsychiatric disorders hindering follow-up.\n10. Pregnancy\u002Flactation\u002Fplanned pregnancy.\n11. Chronic inflammatory\u002Fautoimmune diseases.\n12. Uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes.\n13.
