Based on this benefit, the use of oXiris may confer better outcomes than other membranes.\n\nThe patient outcomes include cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, and overall survivals, but this information of oXiris are insufficient. Although cytokine and endotoxin removal rates are great in oXiris, the beneficial effects on the hard outcomes are needed to use oXiris in real clinical practice.\n\nThe inflammatory and cardiovascular systems have intensive crosstalk, and thus if there are remission in inflammatory process, the patients can have hemodynamic stability. Regarding this, the investigators would like to compare the hemodynamic stability between oXiris and other standard membrane such as polysulfone, using our new real-time monitoring registry.","Adult patients who have severe acute kidney injury and require continuous renal replacement therapy because of hemodynamic instability.",[23],{"label":24,"type":16,"description":25,"interventionNames":26},"Septic AKI","Patients with septic acute kidney injury requiring continuous renal replacement therapy",[27,28],"Device: oXiris membrane","Device: Polysulfone membrane",[30,35],{"type":31,"name":32,"description":33,"armGroupLabels":34,"otherNames":16},"DEVICE","oXiris membrane","Perform continuous renal replacement therapy with oXiris membrane",[24],{"type":31,"name":36,"description":37,"armGroupLabels":38,"otherNames":16},"Polysulfone membrane","Perform continuous renal replacement therapy with polysulfone membrane",[24],[40],{"name":41,"affiliation":5,"role":42},"Seung Seok Han, M.D.","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[44,48],{"name":41,"role":45,"phone":46,"phoneExt":16,"email":47},"CONTACT","82-2-2072-4785","hansway7@snu.ac.kr",{"name":49,"role":45,"phone":50,"phoneExt":16,"email":51},"Donghwan Yun, M.D.","82-10-9385-6727","dactylogram@snu.ac.kr",[53],{"facility":5,"status":54,"city":55,"state":16,"zip":56,"country":57,"countryCode":16,"cosmosGeoPoint":58,"geoPoint":63,"contacts":64},"RECRUITING","Seoul","03080","South Korea",{"type":59,"coordinates":60},"Point",[61,62],126.9784,37.566,{"lat":62,"lon":61},[65,66],{"name":41,"role":45,"phone":46,"phoneExt":16,"email":47},{"name":49,"role":45,"phone":50,"phoneExt":16,"email":51},{"type":42,"investigatorFullName":68,"investigatorTitle":69,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":16,"oldOrganization":16},"Seung Seok Han, MD","Associate Professor","100483437",false,"NCT05575024","Hemodynamic Stability in Septic Shock Patients Undergoing Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy With oXiris Membrane","Real-time Monitoring of Hemodynamic Stability in Septic Shock Patients Undergoing Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy: Propensity Score-matched Comparison Between oXiris and Polysulfone Membranes","HISTORIX","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Aged ≥ 18 years\n* Sepsis related acute kidney injury requiring continuous renal replacement therapy\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n• No monitoring of blood pressure and ECG","ALL","18 Years",{"count":80,"type":81},98,"ESTIMATED","OBSERVATIONAL","The new adsorbing membrane for continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), oXiris, can reduce plasma cytokines and endotoxins in septic shock patients with severe acute kidney injury, compared with standard membranes.
