Participants with MS regardless of treatment that have successfully delivered or will deliver a child will be asked for informed consent and after given informed consent they will be included in the study.\n\n1. At the time of clinical routine sampling in the becoming mother the investigators will collect additional blood samples. Routine analysis collects information on immunoglobulin levels and b-cell levels, additional blood samples will allow analysis of drug concentration at the end of every trimester.\n2. Within the first year postpartum, but earliest one month after vaccination, the investigators will ask for a blood sample from the child to detect antibodies induced by vaccination or infections to secure the ability to develop antibodies despite being exposed to monoclonal CD20-antibodies in-utero or via breastmilk. All children followed by the Specialist outpatient clinic for children in Liljeholmen - a specialist clinic from the Karolinska University Hospital following children to mothers on immunosuppressant\u002Fimmunomodulating treatments regardless of disease, will be offered blood sampling by routine months 2, 6 and 1 year postpartum. In collaboration with this center, the investigators will get samples taken and analyzed within clinical routine.\n3. PKU-test is taken in the child within routine but additional analysis on drug levels and KREC will be analyzed as well as determining abundance of CD19 transcripts.\n4. Within the routine contacts with the MS patient (mother) the investigators will ask for infections in both, the mother and the child at 3 months and 1 year post-partum.","Women diagnosed with multiple sclerosis that are patients at the Academic specialist center, Center for Neurology, Stockholm, Sweden",[42,49],{"label":43,"type":36,"description":44,"interventionNames":45},"Women with MS during pregnancy","Women over 18 years of age with the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, regardless of treatment, or no treatment, that have successfully delivered or will deliver a child",[46,47,48],"Drug: monoclonal CD-20 antibodies","Drug: No Drug","Drug: Other treatment",{"label":50,"type":36,"description":51,"interventionNames":52},"Infants born to women with MS","Infants born to women with multiple sclerosis",[46,47,48],[54,63,67],{"type":55,"name":56,"description":57,"armGroupLabels":58,"otherNames":59},"DRUG","monoclonal CD-20 antibodies","Treatment with monoclonal CD-20 antibodies 6 months before or during pregnancy",[50,43],[60,61,62],"rituximab","ocrelizumab","ofatumumab",{"type":55,"name":64,"description":65,"armGroupLabels":66,"otherNames":36},"No Drug","No medication",[50,43],{"type":55,"name":68,"description":69,"armGroupLabels":70,"otherNames":36},"Other treatment","Any other immune modulating treatment",[50,43],[72],{"name":73,"affiliation":74,"role":75},"Katharina Fink, MD, Dr. med.","Karolinska Institutet","STUDY_DIRECTOR",[77,81],{"name":73,"role":78,"phone":79,"phoneExt":36,"email":80},"CONTACT","+46706571789","Katharina.fink@regionstockholm.se",{"name":82,"role":78,"phone":83,"phoneExt":36,"email":84},"Greta Mirzaoff, MD","08-123 400 00","greta.lundborg-mirzaoff@regionstockholm.se",[86],{"facility":87,"status":36,"city":88,"state":36,"zip":36,"country":89,"countryCode":90,"cosmosGeoPoint":91,"geoPoint":96,"contacts":97},"Academic specialist center, Center for Neurology","Stockholm","Sweden","SE",{"type":92,"coordinates":93},"Point",[94,95],18.06871,59.32938,{"lat":95,"lon":94},[98,99],{"name":82,"role":78,"phone":83,"phoneExt":36,"email":84},{"name":82,"role":100,"phone":36,"phoneExt":36,"email":36},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",{"type":100,"investigatorFullName":102,"investigatorTitle":103,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":36,"oldOrganization":36},"Katharina Fink","MD, Dr. med.",[105,107,110],{"name":106,"class":6},"The Swedish Research Council",{"name":108,"class":109},"Haukeland University Hospital","OTHER",{"name":74,"class":109},"100604449",false,"NCT07149662","Immune System Effects in Children Born to Women With Multiple Sclerosis Treated With Monoclonal Antibody Therapy During Pregnancy","B-cellspåverkan i Barn Till Kvinnor Med Multipel Skleros Och Rituximabbehandling före Eller Under Graviditeten (B-cell Effects in Children Born to Women With Multiple Sclerosis and Rituximab Treatment Before or During Pregnancy)","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Established multiple sclerosis diagnosis\n* Rituximab, ocrelizumab, ofatumumab or other monoclonal CD-20 antibody has been administered within 6 (12) months prior to or during pregnancy\n* Other immun modulation treatment has been administered within 6 (12) months prior to or during pregnancy\n* No treatment has been administered within 6 (12) months prior to or during pregnancy\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n\\- Previous stem cell transplantation","FEMALE","18 Years",{"count":120,"type":121},111,"ESTIMATED","OBSERVATIONAL","The goal of this observational study is to learn about consequences for the child when the mother is treated with rituximab (or other monoclonal CD-20 antibodies) before or during pregnancy.
