Researchers will compare the intervention group to a control group (a group that does not receive the intervention) to see whether the cardiovascular health of the intervention group improves.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Attend 3 data collections over 3 months.\n* Be randomly assigned to either the intervention group or a control group.\n* (Intervention group participants) attend 8 weekly classes.",[77],"Cardiovascular Health","2026-06-22",{"date":80,"type":81},"2026-06-25","ACTUAL",{"date":83,"type":81},"2026-04-07",{"date":85,"type":71},"2026-07",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
