Patients aged 18 years or older.\n2. Patients diagnosed with primary or post-polycythemia vera\u002Fpost-essential thrombocythemia myelofibrosis start treatment with MMB according to clinical practice from AIFA authorization.\n3. Patients with palpable splenomegaly at baseline of momelotinib treatment.\n4. Informed consent signed, if applicable.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Diagnosis of MPN, unclassifiable, myelodysplastic\u002Fmyeloproliferative neoplasms, myelodysplastic syndromes, essential thrombocythemia, polycythemia vera.\n2.
