Are the incident rates of glucose metabolic disorders (pre-diabetes and diabetes mellitus) after pancreatic cancer of different etiologies the same?\n2. Are alterations in endocrine and exdocrine secretory function in patients with pancreatic surgery associated with all-round outcomes? All patients with pancreatic surgery have been given the standardized treatment for the condition.\n\nThe reasearchers will summarize the incident rates of glucose metabolic disorders (pre-diabetes and diabetes mellitus) during different surgical procedures to explore the association between alternations in endocrine and exdocrine secrectory function and all-round outcomes.",[76,77,78],"Pancreatic Cancer","Surgery","Diabetes Mellitus",[76,77,78,80],"Risk factor","2025-06-26",{"date":83,"type":84},"2025-07-01","ACTUAL",{"date":86,"type":84},"2025-01-03",{"date":88,"type":72},"2026-09-01",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
