NOS and ALCL).\n  * Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL, incl. MF or SS ≥Stage IIB with B0\u002FB1 blood involvement).\n* Disease progression, relapse, or refractory to prior therapy:\n\n  * ccRCC: ≥1 prior line incl.
