After the optimal RP2D has been determined, Phase 2 will be initiated via protocol amendment to add one or more expansion cohorts of patients with specific tumor types, treatment history, and\u002For expression of a specific biomarker to evaluate the antitumor activity of ORIC-114.\n\nAfter completion of Part I dose escalation, Part III, a dose escalation study of ORIC-114 in combination with chemotherapy (carboplatin-pemetrexed) may be initiated to establish the RP2D and\u002For MTD and antitumor activity for the combination (US sites only).",[49,55],{"label":50,"type":51,"description":52,"interventionNames":53},"Dose Escalation and Dose Optimization","EXPERIMENTAL","ORIC-114 dosed orally on a continuous once daily dosing regimen in 28-day cycles.",[54],"Drug: ORIC-114",{"label":56,"type":51,"description":57,"interventionNames":58},"Combination Dose Escalation","ORIC-114 dosed orally on a continuous once daily dosing regimen in 21-day cycles.",[54,59],"Drug: Chemotherapy drug",[61,66],{"type":62,"name":63,"description":64,"armGroupLabels":65,"otherNames":39},"DRUG","ORIC-114","ORIC-114 oral daily",[56,50],{"type":62,"name":67,"description":68,"armGroupLabels":69,"otherNames":70},"Chemotherapy drug","21 days for up to 4 cycles",[56],[71],"carboplatin and pemetrexed",[73],{"name":74,"affiliation":5,"role":75},"Pratik S.
