Adequate organ function to undergo interventional procedures and systemic therapy, per institutional standards.\n* Ability to understand and willingness to sign written informed consent.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Pregnancy or breastfeeding.\n* Leptomeningeal disease or diffuse central nervous system involvement.
