Currently, 123I-metaiodobenzylguanidine scintigraphy (123I-MIBG scan) is considered as a gold standard in neuroblastoma for assessing metastatic extension, as well as planning and evaluating response to treatment or detecting relapse. Regretfully, 123I-MIBG scintigraphy implies many disadvantages for our patients, mainly the length of the procedure (planned on two consecutive days), length of the imaging (45-90 minutes) and the required premedication for thyroid protection.\n\n18F-metafluorobenzylguanidine (18F-MFBG) is a new specific Positron Emission Tomography (PET) tracer providing a specific Norepinephrine transporter (NET) expressing imaging with fluor-18, a routinely available radionuclide that offers higher resolution for lesion detection and shorter acquisitions for pediatric patients, and potentially lower radiation exposure.\n\nThe NEUROBLASTOTEP trial aims at demonstrating that 18F-MFBG PET\u002FCT diagnostic performances are at least as good as 123I-MIBG scintigraphy (current gold standard imaging radiotracer in neuroblastoma).",[38],{"label":39,"type":40,"description":41,"interventionNames":42},"18F-MFBG PET\u002FCT imaging","EXPERIMENTAL","Participants will receive the 18F-MFBG tracer and undergo a PET\u002FCT imaging.",[43],"Procedure: 18F-MFBG PET\u002FCT imaging",[45],{"type":46,"name":39,"description":41,"armGroupLabels":47,"otherNames":28},"PROCEDURE",[39],[49],{"name":50,"affiliation":5,"role":51},"Tissot Hubert, MD","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[53],{"name":54,"role":55,"phone":56,"phoneExt":28,"email":57},"Carole Cagnot","CONTACT","+33147111891","carole.cagnot@curie.fr",[59,75,86],{"facility":5,"status":28,"city":60,"state":28,"zip":61,"country":62,"countryCode":63,"cosmosGeoPoint":64,"geoPoint":69,"contacts":70},"Paris","75005","France","FR",{"type":65,"coordinates":66},"Point",[67,68],2.3488,48.85341,{"lat":68,"lon":67},[71],{"name":72,"role":55,"phone":73,"phoneExt":28,"email":74},"Hubert Tissot, MD","+33156245990","hubert.tissot@curie.fr",{"facility":76,"status":28,"city":60,"state":28,"zip":77,"country":62,"countryCode":63,"cosmosGeoPoint":78,"geoPoint":80,"contacts":81},"Hôpital Armand Trousseau","75012",{"type":65,"coordinates":79},[67,68],{"lat":68,"lon":67},[82],{"name":83,"role":55,"phone":84,"phoneExt":28,"email":85},"Benedicte Jonca, MD","+33171738195","benedicte.jonca@aphp.fr",{"facility":87,"status":28,"city":88,"state":28,"zip":89,"country":62,"countryCode":63,"cosmosGeoPoint":90,"geoPoint":94,"contacts":95},"Gustave Roussy","Villejuif","94805",{"type":65,"coordinates":91},[92,93],2.35992,48.7939,{"lat":93,"lon":92},[96],{"name":97,"role":55,"phone":98,"phoneExt":28,"email":99},"Desiree Deandreis, MD","+33142116095","desiree.deandreis@gustaveroussy.fr",{"type":101,"investigatorFullName":28,"investigatorTitle":28,"investigatorAffiliation":28,"oldNameTitle":28,"oldOrganization":28},"SPONSOR","100601486",false,"NCT07111117","Comparison of 18F Labeled Analog of MIBG (18F-MFBG) PET\u002FCT and 123I-MIBG SPECT in Pediatric Patients With Neuroblastoma.","Comparison of 18F Labeled Analog of MIBG (18F-MFBG) PET\u002FCT and 123I-MIBG SPECT in Pediatric Patients With Neuroblastoma","NEUROBLASTOTEP","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
