In this phase II single-arm clinical study, the investigators aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of induction chemotherapy (nab-paclitaxel plus cisplatin) combined with tislelizumab as neoadjuvant therapy in patients with locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the external auditory canal, and to explore the improvement in the preservation rate of important neurovascular structures (including the facial nerve, internal carotid artery canal, sigmoid sinus, posterior cranial nerves, etc.).",[32],{"label":33,"type":34,"description":20,"interventionNames":35},"Induction Chemotherapy Combined with Tislelizumab for Locally Advanced SCC of the EAC","EXPERIMENTAL",[36],"Drug: Tislelizumab",[38],{"type":39,"name":40,"description":41,"armGroupLabels":42,"otherNames":43},"DRUG","Tislelizumab","Eligible patients will receive 2-3 cycles of neoadjuvant therapy consisting of tislelizumab combined with the AP chemotherapy regimen (nab-paclitaxel+ cisplatin).",[33],[44],"Neoadjuvant chemotherapy",[46,51],{"name":47,"role":48,"phone":49,"phoneExt":20,"email":50},"Chunfu Dai","CONTACT","021-64377134","cfdai66@163.com",{"name":52,"role":48,"phone":53,"phoneExt":20,"email":54},"Xinmao Song","021-34233877","muqinger@sina.com",[56],{"facility":57,"status":58,"city":59,"state":60,"zip":61,"country":62,"countryCode":63,"cosmosGeoPoint":64,"geoPoint":69,"contacts":70},"Li Wang","RECRUITING","Shanghai","Shanghai Municipality","200031","China","CN",{"type":65,"coordinates":66},"Point",[67,68],121.45806,31.22222,{"lat":68,"lon":67},[71,73,75,77],{"name":57,"role":48,"phone":53,"phoneExt":20,"email":72},"wangli20170515@163.com",{"name":47,"role":74,"phone":20,"phoneExt":20,"email":20},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",{"name":52,"role":76,"phone":20,"phoneExt":20,"email":20},"SUB_INVESTIGATOR",{"name":78,"role":76,"phone":20,"phoneExt":20,"email":20},"Xiaoshen Wang",{"type":74,"investigatorFullName":52,"investigatorTitle":80,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":20,"oldOrganization":20},"Associate chief physician","100621416",false,"NCT07370337","Induction Chemotherapy Combined With Tislelizumab for Locally Advanced Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the External Auditory Canal","Phase II, Single-Arm, Multicenter Clinical Study of Induction Chemotherapy Combined With Tislelizumab as Neoadjuvant Therapy for Locally Advanced Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the External Auditory Canal","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
