The study aims to evaluate procedural characteristics, access-site complications, procedural success, and short-term clinical outcomes associated with transradial and transulnar vascular access.\n\nPatients undergoing routine percutaneous vascular interventions via radial or ulnar artery access at Mersin Medical Park Hospital will be consecutively enrolled. Demographic, clinical, angiographic, procedural, and post-procedural data will be prospectively collected and analyzed.\n\nThe study was initially designed as a single-center registry; however, following Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval, expansion into a multicenter registry with participating centers is planned.\n\nThis study is observational in nature and does not involve any experimental treatment, device, or intervention beyond standard clinical care.",[75,76,77,78,79],"Radial Artery Occlusion","Radial Artery Spasm","Vascular Access Complications","Coronary Artery Disease","Peripheral Arterial Disease",[81,82,83,84,85,86,87,76,88],"Radial access","Ulnar access","Transradial intervention","Coronary angiography","Percutaneous coronary intervention","Vascular complications","Radial artery occlusion","Registry","2026-06-18",{"date":91,"type":92},"2026-06-23","ACTUAL",{"date":94,"type":92},"2026-05-15",{"date":96,"type":70},"2031-05-20",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
