Delayed diagnosis is common and often results in progressive, and sometimes irreversible, myelopathy. Despite advances in imaging and treatment, there remains significant variability in diagnostic timelines, treatment strategies (endovascular, surgical, or combined), and reported outcomes across institutions.\n\nExisting literature is largely limited to single-center retrospective series or small cohorts, often underpowered to evaluate predictors of outcome, recurrence, and the impact of diagnostic delay. Furthermore, direct comparisons between treatment modalities and long-term functional outcomes using standardized clinical scales are limited.\n\nThe SPIDER registry is designed to address these gaps by creating the largest international, multicenter dataset of patients with spinal dural AVFs. By pooling de-identified data from high-volume centers worldwide, this study aims to provide robust, generalizable evidence to inform clinical decision-making and optimize patient outcomes.","The registry will include patients from 40 different hospitals in 20 different countries.",[35],{"name":36,"role":37,"phone":38,"phoneExt":28,"email":39},"Pascal Jabbour, MD","CONTACT","215-955-7000","pascal.jabbour@jefferson.edu",[41],{"facility":42,"status":43,"city":44,"state":45,"zip":46,"country":47,"countryCode":48,"cosmosGeoPoint":49,"geoPoint":54,"contacts":55},"Thomas Jefferson University Hospital","RECRUITING","Philadelphia","Pennsylvania","19102","United States","US",{"type":50,"coordinates":51},"Point",[52,53],-75.16362,39.95238,{"lat":53,"lon":52},[56],{"name":57,"role":37,"phone":38,"phoneExt":28,"email":58},"Victor Gabriel El-Hajj, MD","victorgabriel.el-hajj2@jefferson.edu",{"type":60,"investigatorFullName":61,"investigatorTitle":62,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":28,"oldOrganization":28},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR","Pascal Jabboour","The Angela and Richard T.
