Office SBP ≥150 mmHg and \\\u003C180 mmHg and DBP ≥90 mmHg\n3. Individual is prescribed with one, two, or three antihypertensive medication classes\n4. 24-hour ABPM average of SBP ≥135 and \\\u003C170 mmHg at Baseline\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Prior renal denervation.\n2. Individual lacks appropriate renal artery Anatomy\n3. Has a renal artery stent\n4. Individual has an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) of \\\u003C60 mL\u002Fmin\u002F1.73m2\n5. Individual is taking SGLT2 inhibitors or GLP-1 agonists\n6. Individual requires chronic oxygen support or mechanical ventilation\n7. Primary pulmonary hypertension.\n8. Secondary cause of hypertension\n9. Pregnant, nursing or planning to become pregnant during the study.\n10. Individual has a documented condition that would prohibit or interfere with ability to obtain an accurate blood pressure measurement\n11.
