However, it remains unclear how multimorbidity and\u002For osteosarcopaenia act singly or in concert to influence the expression and trajectory of the frailty continuum.\n\nOPTIMA-C will develop unifying administrative and data platforms, exploring the feasibility of inclusive screening for sarcopaenia early during rehabilitation hospital stay. Early muscle ultrasound will also be utilised to determine key muscles possibly predictive of rehabilitation functional or global outcomes in the studied populations and their correlation with acute disease outcomes. Digital markers are quantified and correlations are investigated with physical, muscle and bone imaging findings.","Patients in both outpatient and inpatient clinics",[42,45,48,51],{"label":43,"type":35,"description":44,"interventionNames":35},"Stroke","Both acutely admitted stroke patients undergoing rehabilitation and chronic recovered stroke outpatients will be recruited.",{"label":46,"type":35,"description":47,"interventionNames":35},"Traumatic Brain Injury","Both acutely admitted TBI patients undergoing rehabilitation and chronic recovered TBI outpatients will be recruited.",{"label":49,"type":35,"description":50,"interventionNames":35},"Breast Cancer","Only recovered breast cancer patients.",{"label":52,"type":35,"description":53,"interventionNames":35},"Knee Osteoarthritis","For patients with chronic knee osteoarthritis.",[55],{"name":56,"affiliation":5,"role":57},"Karen Chua","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[59],{"name":60,"role":61,"phone":62,"phoneExt":35,"email":63},"Low Ai Mei Jaclyn","CONTACT","68894580","Jaclyn_AM_LOW@ttsh.com.sg",[65],{"facility":5,"status":66,"city":67,"state":67,"zip":68,"country":67,"countryCode":69,"cosmosGeoPoint":70,"geoPoint":75,"contacts":76},"RECRUITING","Singapore","308433","SG",{"type":71,"coordinates":72},"Point",[73,74],103.85007,1.28967,{"lat":74,"lon":73},[77],{"name":60,"role":61,"phone":35,"phoneExt":35,"email":63},{"type":79,"investigatorFullName":35,"investigatorTitle":35,"investigatorAffiliation":35,"oldNameTitle":35,"oldOrganization":35},"SPONSOR",[81,84],{"name":82,"class":83},"Rehabilitation Research Institute of Singapore (RRIS)","UNKNOWN",{"name":85,"class":83},"Woodlands Health (WH)","100521708",false,"NCT06073106","Targeting Osteosarcopaenia and Multimorbidity for Frailty Prevention","Targeting Osteosarcopaenia and Multimorbidity for Frailty Prevention Through Identification and Deep Phenotyping Methods in Healthy Aging and High-burden Disease Cohorts.","OPTIMA-C","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
