Patients with acute cholecystitis within and after 72 hours.\n2. Patients over 18 years.\n3. Patients with no common bile duct stones based on imaging and biochemical criteria\n4. Fit for surgery.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Patients not fit for surgery\n2. Patients with Pancreatitis.\n3.
