VA Consolidation in Intermediate-Risk AML

This clinical trial aims to compare the efficacy and safety of venetoclax-based consolidation therapy versus conventional consolidation chemotherapy (intermediate/high-dose cytarabine) in newly diagnosed adult patients with intermediate-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Participants must have achieved complete remission (CR) or CR with incomplete hematologic recovery (CRi) after induction therapy with venetoclax and azacitidine and are planned to undergo allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).

Venetoclax Combined With Azacitidine for Consolidation Therapy in AML

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the efficacy and safety of a venetoclax-based consolidation therapy versus conventional consolidation chemotherapy in newly diagnosed adult patients with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have achieved complete remission (CR) or CR with incomplete hematologic recovery (CRi) after induction therapy with venetoclax and azacitidine and are planned for transplantation. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does consolidation therapy with a venetoclax-containing regimen lead to superior clinical outcomes compared to conventional chemotherapy in this specific patient population? What is the comparative safety profile of the venetoclax-containing consolidation regimen versus conventional chemotherapy in these patients? Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the venetoclax-based consolidation therapy or the conventional consolidation chemotherapy before undergoing transplantation.

Total Neoadjuvant Therapy With Additional Consolidation Chemotherapy Followed by Local Excision Versus Total Neoadjuvant Therapy Followed by Local Excision at Stage I Rectal Cancer

Safety and Efficacy of Organ Preservation Treatment for Stage I Rectal Cancer: Optimization of Consolidation Chemotherapy Before Local Excision After Neoadjuvant Chemoradiotherapy (OPTION); A Multi-center, Prospective, Randomized Trial The goal of this clinical trial is to find out if adding consolidation chemotherapy with capecitabine after total neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (TNT) works to improve oncologic outcomes in patients with stage I rectal cancer. It will also comparethe safety of adding consolidation chemotherapy before local excision. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does adding consolidation chemotherapy increase the rate of pathologic complete response? * What medical problems or side effects do participants have during and after treatment? Researchers will compare TNT followed by local excision to TNT followed by consolidation chemotherapy with capecitabine and then local excision to see if adding consolidation chemotherapy improves tumor response and treatment outcomes. Participants will: * Receive TNT for stage I rectal cancer * Be randomly assigned to one of two treatment groups * Undergo local excision after preoperative treatment * Visit the clinic for checkups and tests to evaluate tumor response, side effects, recurrence, survival, quality of life, bowel function, urinary function, sexual function, circulating tumor DNA, and treatment-related costs

Combination of Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy With Surufatinib and Tislelizumab in Patients With Locally Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This is a prospective, single-arm, phase II clinical study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of surufatinib and tislelizumab in combination with concurrent chemoradiotherapy, followed by consolidation therapy with tislelizumab plus surufatinib, in patients with unresectable, locally advanced stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
