The primary research questions it seeks to answer are as follows:\n\n* Do lateral wedge insoles cause a significant change in knee adduction moment?\n* Do lateral wedge insoles change lower extremity biomechanics during walking and running?\n* Do lateral wedge insoles change the activation patterns of lower extremity muscles during walking and running? To compare the effectiveness of lateral wedge insoles, participants will randomly use insoles with 0 (neutral), 5, and 10-degree angles.\n\nParticipants will do the following:\n\n* Put on the shoes and insoles provided to you in the motion analysis laboratory and complete the walking and running protocols, each taking 1 minute, on the treadmill.\n* While walking at your normal walking speed, step so that your dominant leg is positioned over the force plate.\n* Repeat all of this for the insoles at the other two angles.",[26,27,28,29,30],"Biomechanical Changes","Gait Biomechanics","Gait Analysis in Healthy Subjects","Running Kinematics","EMG",[32,33,34,35,36],"Lateral Wedges İnsoles","Knee Adduction Moment","Gait Analysis","Running Analysis","EMG Activity","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-06-06",{"date":40,"type":41},"2026-06-10","ACTUAL",{"date":43,"type":20},"2026-06",{"date":45,"type":20},"2027-06",{"name":47,"class":48},"Ankara Yildirim Beyazıt University","OTHER",{"id":50,"slug":4,"hasResults":10,"nctId":51,"briefTitle":52,"officialTitle":53,"acronym":54,"eligibilityCriteria":55,"healthyVolunteers":14,"sex":15,"minAge":56,"maxAge":57,"enrollmentInfo":58,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":60,"briefSummary":61,"conditions":62,"keywords":63,"overallStatus":37,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":69,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":70,"startDateStruct":72,"completionDateStruct":74,"leadSponsor":76,"locationsCount":4},"100631314","NCT07499063","Effect of Exoskeleton-Assisted Walking on Gait Parameters in Healthy Adults","Immediate Effects of a Single Session of Exoskeleton-Assisted Walking on Plantar Pressure Distribution and Gait Parameters in Healthy Young Adults","EKSO-GAIT","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Healthy adults aged 19-25 years\n* No history of musculoskeletal or neurological disorders\n* Ability to walk independently\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Any current injury affecting gait\n* Neurological or orthopedic conditions\n* Contraindications to exoskeleton use","19 Years","25 Years",{"count":59,"type":20},25,[23],"This study aims to evaluate the immediate effects of a single session of exoskeleton-assisted walking on gait parameters and plantar pressure distribution in healthy young adults.
