The patients' age will range from 20-45 years, and will be selected from both genders .\n2. All patients will have hypertrophic scars after surgeries.\n3. The general size of the scars will range from 5 to 7 cm'2\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. The patients who will excluded from the study including those with infected post-operative wounds .\n2. The patients whose wounds were closed secondarily or healed by secondary intention.\n3. patients who are keloid formers.\n4. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus\n5. Uncontrolled hypertension.\n6. The patients who had a deep venous thrombosis (DVT).\n7.
