Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined With Bimanual Therapy for Upper Limb Stroke Rehabilitation

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate whether combining repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) with machine-assisted bimanual therapy (BT) can improve upper limb function in stroke patients. The participants will be individuals aged 40-80 years who have experienced a first-time ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the combined therapy enhance motor recovery compared to traditional rehabilitation methods? * Are changes in brain activity associated with improvements in upper limb function? Participants will be randomly assigned to different groups and will: * Receive rTMS stimulation on specific areas of the brain to modulate neural activity, * Perform machine-assisted bimanual exercises to promote motor skills, and * Undergo assessments before, immediately after, and during follow-up periods to measure functional improvements.

Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined With Language Training for Language Disorders in Children With Global Developmental Delay

This study explores a safe and effective new approach to improve language function in children with Global Developmental Delay (GDD). Conducted at Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital, the study will recruit approximately 50 children aged 2 to 5 years. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups: one receiving personalized language training combined with non-invasive, painless repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) to activate language regions of the brain, and a control group receiving personalized training for comparative analysis. The study spans one month, including a two-week intervention period followed by a two-week follow-up to evaluate the efficacy and sustainability of the combined therapy. This study has been rigorously reviewed and approved by the hospital's Ethics Committee.

Repeated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for the Treatment of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome: A Randomized Clinical Trial

Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D), and to explore the potential underlying mechanisms by which rTMS alleviates clinical symptoms in IBS-D patients. Design: This is a clinical trial that uses clinical symptom scales to assess the therapeutic effect of rTMS on IBS-D patients. Meanwhile, gut microbiota and metabolite profiling, as well as the methane-hydrogen breath test, will be applied to investigate the mechanism of action from the perspectives of gut microecology, intestinal motility, and metabolism, so as to provide scientific evidence for the clinical application of rTMS in the treatment of IBS-D.

Efficacy of Repeated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined With a Live Probiotic Tablet (Combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets, Live) in Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS-D)

To evaluate the overall efficacy of repeated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation(rTMS) combined with a Live Probiotic tablet (Combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets, Live) in Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS-D) Methods: Clinical efficacy evaluation of TMS combined with Live Probiotic tablet for chronic diarrhea in IBS patients. The 400 IBS patients who meet the recruitment criteria for the clinical study will be randomized into 100 patients in rTMS combined with Live Probiotic tablet (Combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets, Live), rTMS combined placebo, shamrTMS combined with Live Probiotic tablet(Combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets, Live) and shamrTMS combined placebo group. Corresponding treatment was given for 2 week, rTMS group received 1 Hz/s, 20 min for 2 week; Live Probiotic tablet group received tablets orally, 150 mg three times a day for 2 week, shamrTMS group received 0 Hz/s, 20 min for 2 week; placebo group received tablets orally, 150 mg three times a day for 2 week. Clinical assessment included symptoms, stool traits, mood, and sleep. 2\. Study on the mechanism of using intestinal flora data to evaluate the treatment of chronic diarrhea in IBS patients. 30 cases each were included in the 4 groups of IBS-eligible patients, and repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment was given to the patient group for 2 week, and the patient group underwent the assessment of investigating the quantity and metabolic changes of the intestinal flora in feces before and after the treatment.
